DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™ License agreement.

  1. License Grant:

By purchasing access to the DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, edit, and use eligible products and resources included within DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™, in accordance with the terms below.

This license allows you to work with DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™ materials for your own business purposes, subject to compliance with these terms and any usage notes provided for specific products.

💡 Note: The Bestsellers PLR Library™ is a component within the DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™. Some rights apply specifically to library content.

  1. What You CAN Do:

As a DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™ member, you may:

Edit and customise templates You may edit templates (fonts, layouts, covers, content), add your own branding, or bundle them with your own work.

Resell as PLR (where applicable) You may resell eligible products as PLR under your own brand or shop, provided you make meaningful modifications.

Important: Your buyers may receive the editable file to customise for themselves, but they do not receive PLR or resale rights. Only DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™ members hold PLR resale rights.

Sell as end products You may sell finished products (for example: PDF, PNG, JPG) with commercial use rights.

Use in memberships, bundles, or client work You may use edited products in memberships, bundles, or client projects, as long as raw PLR files are not shared.

Claim authorship after substantial edits Once you've made meaningful edits and customisations, you may present the finished product under your own brand.

  1. What You CANNOT Do:

To keep the DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™ (including the Library section) valuable and fair for everyone, there are a few things that aren't allowed:

Resell raw files Please don't share, give away, or sell unedited DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™ or library files in their original form.

Pass PLR rights down Your buyers cannot resell products as PLR or pass PLR rights to others unless they also become DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™ members.

Transfer or sublicense your license You may not transfer, share, or sublicense your access or license to another person or business.

Continue PLR use after access removal If your access to the DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™ is removed due to a serious breach of these terms, PLR resale rights stop. Any listings that contain raw or near-original PLR content must be removed as soon as reasonably possible.

Use our brand without permission You may not use "DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™" or "Bestsellers PLR Library™" in your own product titles, store names, ads, or promotions without written approval.

In short: make the products your own, respect the license boundaries, and sell under your own brand — that's what keeps DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™ fair, powerful, and sustainable for everyone.

  1. Marketplace Rules & Responsibility:

Every platform (such as Etsy, Shopify, Gumroad, KDP, or others) has its own rules, policies, and algorithms, and these may change at any time.

We can't guarantee that any product, listing, store, or strategy will be accepted, approved, or remain compliant on any platform. It's your responsibility to understand and follow the rules of the platforms you choose to sell on.

Once you edit and sell a product, it becomes part of your business. This means you're responsible for:

Customer support and communication

Reviews and feedback

Refunds (if you choose to offer them)

Any disputes or issues that arise with your buyers

Our role DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™ provides the tools, templates, and guidance to support your business, but how you use them — and how your customers respond — is fully in your hands.

Think of it this way: we provide the building blocks, but the business, customer experience, and platform compliance belong to you.

  1. Enforcement & Access Removal:

Our goal is to keep the DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™ fair, protected, and valuable for everyone.

In most cases, issues can be resolved through communication. However, if these terms are seriously violated (for example, sharing raw files, misusing PLR rights, abusing the brand, or attempting chargebacks), we may need to take action.

This can include:

Limiting or removing access to parts of DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™

Revoking PLR or resale rights

Suspending or permanently closing access in serious cases

We always aim to act reasonably and proportionately, based on the situation.

If access is removed due to a breach, any use of raw or near-original PLR content must stop, and affected listings should be taken down as soon as reasonably possible.

In short: respect the rules, communicate in good faith, and you'll never have an issue.

  1. Intellectual Property & Ownership:

All templates, training, systems, and resources inside the DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™ (including the Library section) are created and owned by DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™.

When you purchase the DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™, you don't buy ownership of the original files — instead, you're granted a license to use, edit, and build upon them under the rules outlined in the License Agreement.

What this means in practice:

You may customise, rebrand, and sell products you create using DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™ resources under your own brand.

You may not claim copyright or trademark ownership of the original DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™ files.

You may not register the original files (or near-identical versions) as your own intellectual property.

You may not use "DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™" or "Bestsellers PLR Library™" in your product titles, store names, or ads without written permission.

  1. Agreement & Acknowledgment:

By purchasing and accessing the DIGITAL WEALTH BOX™, you confirm that you:

Have read and understood the Terms & Conditions and the License Agreement

Agree to follow the rules around access, use, and resale rights

Understand that access and licensing are subject to these terms, as updated from time to time

By continuing, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and agree to be bound by these terms.
