1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any DigitalWealthBox product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all DigitalWealthBox offerings including digital product libraries, ebooks, guides, worksheets, planners, Google Sheet trackers, templates, bonus guides, and any other digital products or services offered now or in the future.

2. Products & Digital Delivery

DigitalWealthBox sells digital products delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an instant download link to access your purchased files. No physical product will be shipped.

To access your products you will need:

• A device capable of opening PDF or document files
• A free Google account to access and use Google Sheet trackers
• A Canva account (free version available) to format and brand templates
• A stable internet connection for downloading files

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD on the sales page at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change at any time but changes will not affect existing completed purchases. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount due.

4. Refund Policy

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@digitalwealthbox.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same order
• You did not receive your download link and we are unable to resend it
• The files delivered are materially different from what was described on the sales page

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Master Resell Rights (MRR) & Permitted Use

Products purchased from DigitalWealthBox come with Master Resell Rights (MRR) and Private Label Rights (PLR) as described on the sales page.

You CAN:

• Resell the products as your own and keep 100% of the profits
• Rebrand the products with your own logo, name, and colors
• Sell on any platform including Etsy, Shopify, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Stan Store, Payhip, and Gumroad
• Bundle products together and sell as your own packages
• Use the products for your own personal or business purposes
• Pass resell rights on to your own customers where MRR is specified
• Edit, modify, and adapt content to suit your brand and audience

You CANNOT:

• Claim to be the original creator of the DigitalWealthBox brand
• Resell the unmodified library for less than $27
• Share, distribute, or give away the full library for free
• Upload files to file-sharing or torrent platforms
• Use the DigitalWealthBox brand name or logo without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

The DigitalWealthBox brand name, logo, and website design are the intellectual property of DigitalWealthBox. While you have broad rights to use and resell the product content under the MRR and PLR license, the DigitalWealthBox brand itself may not be used without written permission. When you rebrand and resell the products, you must do so under your own brand name.

7. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

Any income examples or results mentioned in our marketing are individual examples and are not typical. Your results will depend entirely on your own effort, marketing, business decisions, and market conditions. Purchasing this library does not guarantee sales or income. Nothing in our products constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DigitalWealthBox and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our digital products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our products may reference third-party platforms including Canva, Google Sheets, Etsy, Shopify, ChatGPT, and others. DigitalWealthBox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform referenced in our products. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you choose to use.

10. Privacy

When you make a purchase, we collect basic information necessary to process your order including your name and email address. This information is used solely to deliver your product and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. 11. Modifications

DigitalWealthBox reserves the right to update or modify product content and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be reflected in the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern regarding your purchase, please contact us first at support@digitalwealthbox.com. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration. You agree to waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits related to DigitalWealthBox products or services.
